ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and replacing of hardware components
- Records test results, analyses, and repairs in the RMA system.
- Ensure product meets established quality levels.
- Adjusts calibration to ensure functioning within specified standards.
- Generate repair cost quotation to be transmitted to end customer.
- Calculate and request repair parts, follow up with parts and materials
- Performs Firmware upgrades as required.
- Communicates status of testing with manager and other departments as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical school certificate or college degree is preferred
- Demonstrated skills and experience in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishment electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
